Animator (2D/3D)
PowerPoint, of all things, was how I started discovering the intricacies of animation as an adolescent— Unorthodox as it was to use such a program for those purposes, it taught me the basics of implementing motion paths for images, initiating proper timing, incorporating story & characters, etc. And yet, I could not have foreseen at the time how much further I would take that knowledge into adulthood, by expanding beyond two-dimensional work and delving into 3D modeling, compositing, particle effects, and so much more. Even now, however, I feel I’ve only just begun, and I look forward to finding out what else I can accomplish by these means.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Oh, 'Schute! (2019)
On the 2D front, where I at one point had an opportunity to partake in animation via Adobe After Effects was for a quick video that involved drawing characters (along with objects & backgrounds) and colorizing them, before adding them into a drafted seven-shot project— whereupon each element was provided their own keyframed motion paths, and the misadventures of a man accidentally skydiving without a parachute ultimately came to fruition.

Always Come Prepared (2018)
In terms of 3D storytelling, this was where I began delving into the modeling & VFX-utilizing capabilities of Autodesk Maya. By learning the properties of texture-implementation, raytracing & lighting techniques, the creation of special effects such as fire, etc., I was able to eventually depict a captivating space confrontation— where one vessel’s brutal ambush of another turned out to be not quite as successful as anticipated.
